"Purchasing a Hot Spring Spa is
the best decision I ever made! I had gone on line and
researched four Hot Tub dealers and was satisfied with my #
1 choice of Hot Spring Spas of Music City.
I had knee replacement March, 2006 and
for six months had two different Physical Therapy facilities
over that time period with little results. The first facility
for three months using intensive knee therapy with machines
and the other was three months of intensive knee therapy in
the pool and machines. Bar none this spa has been the best physical
therapy I have had and informed both of the other Physical Therapist
I no longer needed their services. Sitting in my Hot Tub has
been the best therapy for my knee. Just to get in and relax
for 10 minutes at a time and having the availability and pleasure
of knowing it is there to use is a must for every homeowner.
I am happy to show my Hot Spring Spa Prodigy to any prospective
buyer. This spa is a total enjoyment with no upkeep on my part.
I signed up with Hot Spring Spas of Music City's monthly maintenance
program. The service technician cleans my filters and spa the
first of every month and all I have to do is check my water

HotSpring Spas of Music City,
If you treat all of your customers as well
as you've treated us, we're amazed. We love our Spa Caddy! We
use it every time we use our tub. I can't remember what we did
before we got one. It gives my wife and daughter a secure place
to put their eye glasses when they get into the spa. It makes
it much easier to serve drinks, and it is also handy for servicing
the spa. Here are a couple photos to show you what I mean.
It's
also a handy place to put a cell phone. When my kids are out,
I can put my phone on the Caddy and rotate it away from the
water. The phone stays dry and I don't worry about missing a
call from my kids. I'd recommend a Spa Caddy to your customers,
and you're welcome to share this note and these pictures with
anyone. I'm sure they will be as pleased with their Spa Caddy
as I am with mine!

of the Sovereign Spa a comfortable and pleasant experience.
As you are aware, we spent several
days researching our spa purchase, visiting several retailers
in the Nashville area. We found your product to be the most competitively
priced for the quality and size spa we were most interested in.
We almost settled for a lot less somewhere else. You've never
once put down the other retailers.

Dear Mr McKahan-Jones,
I want to thank you and Watkins Manufacturing Corporation for
the prompt attention given to my letter that I faxed to you November
3d. I talked with your representative, Angelique Brown, in your
absence, and was given the name and cell phone number of Dennis
English, your Regional Sales Manager. I called him and discussed
the problem and my frustration with Pool and Spa Depot, who had
failed to properly service my Spa. He advised me of a new Dealer,
Hot Spring Spas of Music City, and put me directly in touch with
the owner of the new company, which is located in Lebanon, Tennessee.
A call to Dennis Croteau in Lebanon, resulted in his discussion
with his
Service Representative. A determination of the part that was needed
and a promise to order the part and to schedule a service call
as soon as it was in. On November 20th, repairs were made on the
Spa, as promised. It is working beautifully.
I might note that both you and Dennis English had followed up
in the interim with phone calls to check concerning how things
were progressing. The combined effort of you, Dennis English and
Hot Spring Spas of Music City have resulted in a very satisfied
customer. My sincere thanks to all.
