Our Mission:

Hot Spring Spas of Music City is a team of dedicated professionals who provide our customers with the highest quality products and #1 service on the entire line of HotSpring, Tiger River, HotSpot and Solana Spas and Accessories; Helo Saunas and Steam Showers; and Spa Guard Water Care Products.

Dennis and Kevin Croteau own and operate Hot Spring Spas of Music City, LLC. Dennis has been in the Hot Tub industry since 1992. He initially worked in Crossville, TN for John Clark refurbishing Hot Spring Spas. September 2003, Dennis opened Hot Spring Spas of Music City in Lebanon, Tennessee. Out of the 700 + Hot Spring Spas Independent Dealers, Dennis is one of the few who can disassemble and reassemble a HotSpring Hot Tub! He is truly a subject matter expert on Hot Tubs. On a few rare occasions he has been sent on special service calls up to Evansville, Indiana and down to Georgia and Alabama to service Hot Spring Spas! He is Hot Springs "Go To" Spa Dealer for servicing Hot Tubs in the South region when and if needed!

Kevin joined Dennis in the Hot Tub business after he retired from the US Army February 01, 2007. Kevin served our great nation for 29.5 years, both as an enlisted man and officer on Federal Active Duty Service and in the US Army Reserves. He served in leadership positions from Platoon Leader to Battalion Commander. He retired as a LTC in the Infantry.

Charities and Community Support:

Hot Spring Spas of Music City supports the Greater Nashville area. Most noteworthy was the donation of a Sovereign Hot Tub for the Hawkins family after their home was destroyed by a tornado in 2006 and was part of the Extreme Makeover Home Edition rebuilding crew. HotSpring Spas of Music City also donated Hot Tubs to the Greater Nashville Arthritis Foundation's Walk-a-Thons. Dennis and Kevin are members of the Lebanon Chamber of commerce, and Home Builder's Association of Middle Tennessee.
